See how Portland State University planned and implemented the construction of a new library learning ground, an updated computing center offering technology-specific furniture, assistive technology, and added power access. Also learn about the Sandbox, an experimental  collaboration space offering a range of technologies such as wall-embedded LCD displays, touch-screen computers, floor-to-ceiling writeable wall surfaces and whiteboards, and modular and moveable seating and workspaces. Learn about the pitfalls, successes, and ongoing student feedback regarding the space.
